Shipping time
Your order will be shipped once we receive your payment. Shipping processes are varying depend on product types as follow.
- Brewing kitswill be ship within 4 working days after payment received.
- Green beans will be ship within 4 working days after payment received.
- Roasted Beans will be ship within 10 working days after payment received.
There are several shipping method that our company provided for maximum satisfaction of customer, for example, Thailand Postal Service (Thai Post),Kerry Express ,and other efficient postal services.
Refund Policy
Your product will be refund within 30 working days after we receive the returned product with Return conditions applied.
Only product cost is refundable while shipping cost will not be refund.If the product was damaged or doesn’t contain all , it cannot be able to refund.
Due to different banking policy for each bank, money will be in your account depending on banking system while we will process our path within 14 days. If you are paying by credit card, your money will be return back to your credit card in the next bill.
For Direct Bank Transfer, Please provide your bank account for our team to transferring money back to you.
To protect you from fraud, If there is mistaken money transferred,we will not transfer money back to you directly unless we receive request forms from your provider bank.
