Make an order

You still can go through and shopping with our website without Beans Here account. However, you may only register for Beans Here account and purchase our products if you are at least 18 years old. When you register for an account, you represent that

1. You meet such an age requirement.
2. All of the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
3. You will be solely responsible for all transactions that take place using your account.
4. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your account and password.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate your account, or cancel your orders in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

Payment – Payment method, and how payment related to the shipment

We are offering two kinds of payment methods.

1. Credit card powered by Omise payment gateway, simply fill in the form during checkout page
2. Direct bank transfer, Simply selected Direct Bank Transfer during Checkout page and continue your shopping.

Once your shopping is completed, we will send payment confirmation in the email for your confirmation when you have transferred the money.
* For direct bank transfer, your order will be held for 24 hours if you are not making payment during that time. Your order will be erased and you have to do all the shopping again.

Shipping- shipping method, and shipping within

Your order will be shipped once we receive your payment. Shipping processes are varying depending on product types as follows.

• Brewing kits will be ship within 4 working days after payment received.
• Green beans will be ship within 4 working days after payment received.
• Roasted Beans will be ship within 10 working days after payment received.

There are several shipping method that our company provided for maximum satisfaction of the customer, for example, Thailand Postal Service (Thai Post), Kerry Express, and other postal services.

Return

To return your orders please fill Beans Here returning forms or contact us at Return@beanshere.com. We are regret to inform you that once you purchased the product not every product is eligible to return unless the following circumstance.

1. Buyer must provide eligible evidence of purchase with buyer name on it
2. That product was listed as a Returnable or Satisfaction guarantee on product page which time 
frame start when you receive the product (include Weekend and Holiday).
3. Products you receive have a manufacturing defect. (Our staff will contact you back once you 
submitted the returning form) *apply to all products.
4. Received the product that you have not ordered. For this circumstance, you will be eligible to return 
the product.
   *Green and Roasted coffee beans are not returnable and refundable except when condition 
number 3 is applied

The cost of sending the package back to us is the responsibility of shoppers except conditions 
number 2 and 3 apply. * If conditions number 2 and 3 apply, shopper must take care of returning cost and our company will waive the shipping cost in forms of cash, Coupon, or discount.
Every Returning product must be in perfect condition without any damage or use. The product package must be the intact and complete set of everything inside.

Refund

Your product will be refund within 30 working days after we receive the returned product with Return conditions.

Only product cost is refundable while shipping cost will not be refund.

If there is a damage to the products, it cannot be able to refund.

Due to different banking policy for each bank, money will be in your account depending on 
banking system while we will process our path within 14 days. If you are paying by credit card, your money will be return back to your credit card in next bill.

For Direct Bank Transfer, Please provide the bank account in Return and Refund Forms.

To protect you from fraud, If there are mistaken money transferred,we will not transfer money back to you directly unless we receive request forms from your provider Bank.

We may update the content on our website from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up to date. Any of the material on our website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
